Create your very own kokedama with the PlantHouse crew! Kokedamas originated in Japan and make beautiful decor. Our crew will share the history of kokedamas and instruct guests on how to create their very own. Once complete, our team will help you secure your creation with twine so you can display it in your home or office.

*This workshop is for ages 16+. Project sharing, outside food/drink and outside vessels/plants are not permitted. Attendees may request a refund up to 7 days before the event starts. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to workshop start time. Guests who arrive 15+ minutes late will not be able to participate in the workshop and will not be permitted to a refund.

PARKING OPTIONS:

1. Metered street parking. Metered parking has a two hour time limit, enforced Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Metered parking is free after 6pm and all day Sunday.

2. AMLI Apartment parking garage. bring your parking ticket into PlantHouse and we can validate for up to 90 minutes

3. DeKalb County Courthouse parking deck 125 W Trinity Ave: free after 6pm and on weekends!
